Why are Nov/Dec topics usually so narrow and terrible?
bc nov/dec is novice intro topic in many states which means people often vote for things that have clearly defined case areas/are not overly large not only to simplify conceptually but for preparation purposes. Ppl want those topics to feature like easily predictable and clashing positions centered around a single political/moral philosophy topic like rule of law

I gotta disagree with you all. I think jury nullification is a great topic. I felt the same way that ‘yall did originally, but after some research, it seems awesome. I mean, biopower aff’s, questions about the legitimacy of the CJS, race aff’s and neg’s, the death penalty. The K literature on this topic is rich! Plus, I will love watching the Rousseau v. Locke v. Hobbes debates as well.
when will the breifs be posted?
