Online Winter Pop Up Workshop (Friday-Sunday)
What are you doing this weekend? The competition for your next major tournament isn’t resting, and you shouldn’t either!
Premier Debate is running an online pop up workshop Friday, January 11 to Sunday, January 13 that will get you up to speed on the new topic, “Resolved: The United States ought not provide military aid to authoritarian regimes.” You can complete at your own pace, so if you have conflicts this weekend, you can schedule around them. Included in the package is the following:
- 4 new, exclusive, full-length lectures on the Jan/Feb topic from our excellent camp instructors, including a full metagame analysis from the major bid tournaments so far
- Drill materials for each lecture so you can practice the skills on your own or with a coach or teammates
- A one-hour 1-on-1 session with a Premier Debate coach where you can discuss the new topic, cases, and strategies and do some drills on your arguments
- 2 practice debates on the Jan/Feb topic judged by a Premier Debate coach

Lectures are pre-recorded and will be made available starting on Friday, so you can watch them at your leisure. Debaters will need to make time available on Saturday and Sunday for their coaching sessions and practice debates, but there is no fixed schedule for these.
